Exif_JPEG_PICTURETerrainHopper Day.

Sunday, May 28, 2017

If you have a friend or relative that lacks the mobility to get them out into the countryside why not bring them along to have a gentle stroll with you in the Lincolnshire Wolds with the aid of an all terrain wheelchair? The locally manufactured electrically powered “TerrainHoppers” will be available and cope with muddy and uneven surfaces with ease. Instruction on their use will be provided and you will be accompanied by expert guidance.

The event is part of the Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival (walk number 53) and a 2 mile walk (1 hour) will cost just £2.00 per person. Walks from 10.00am. Refreshments will be available all day to set you up before the stroll and and relax afterwards.

To book a ride you can ring the organiser Debbie North 07715 964621. Alternatively, just turn up, but in these circumstances the opportunity to try a TerrainHopper will be limited to availability but we could probably arrange a short ‘hop’ if not the full walk.
